My friend and I went to Quiapo a few weeks back to get my DSLR repaired. After an hour of waiting and declaring it as a lost case, we decided to wander around the area. We entered several camera shops and went inside the SM and Isetann to kill time. A few streets later, we stumbled upon Sta. Cruz Parish Church and Escolta Street. Although it might be an ordinary view for some people, the old buildings was very much appreciated that I was already pointing my finger on every picture-esque architecture I see (which was embarssing btw ‘cause I looked like a tourist in her own place). I also love the fact that the old pictures of Escolta was made as posters that can be seen on some buildings along the street.
